Chakra healing brings balance to thoughts, feeling and sensations

Chakra cure, also called healing, refers to the practice of aligning and balancing of the seven chakra’s, or energy centres, in the body.According to the traditional Indian medicine these energy centres are located along the spine and are associated with specific, physical, emotional and spiritual states.
By working with these energy centres, SifaCoach Yasemin Gündoģdu can promote the general wellbeing and help to relieve specific health problems. Techniques that are used in chakra-healing can be meditation , yoga, aroma therapy and the use of crystals or other objects, in order to concentrate energy.

What are Chakra’s?

The electro-magnetic field that surrounds the body of people is called aura.

The human aura feeds on energy from the universe. In our body there are seven energy centres, called chakra’s, through which life-energy flows. The flow ensures balance, the harmony of the body.

The cause of diseases lies in the energy traffic which is blocked in the chakra, has increased extremely or has lost its balance.

The proper working of the chakra’s ensures physical, spiritual and mental health. Blockades or imbalance between the chakra’s influence our view on life, are state of mind, our behaviour, our health and our skills.
